what is the longest amount of time a person should stay on cycle with cyp? can i do two cycles in a row without stopping and just do the pct for a little longer?

Two cycles in a row would just be one long cycle. If your not on hrt, 12 weeks is long enough.

You stop gaining around week 8-10 so 12 weeks is a good duration.
If you stay on longer you are only making it harder to recover and you will loose all of your gains quickly.
