AlbinoAssassin pretty much said it!! Do some research, don't be soo lazy!! check out anabolicreview.com, search this board and be more detailed when you ask questions so we can help you out better (ie, how old you are, weight...........). A classic and very effective first cycle would be this:
Week 1-4 Dbol @ 25mg/day
Week 1-10 Test @ 250-500mg/week
Then Clomid
Remember not to depend on roids to do everything for you, you must eat tons of food (tons of protein, clean carbs, aim for 3500-4000 calories), train hard and properly and get plenty of rest (sleep). Good luck and have fun researching!!!!
