Hey everyone, I am going to start my cycle on Friday. I want to thank everyone that gave me advice. This is what my cycle is going to look like. Oh by the way, I am 5'10 175 pounds about 8-9% body fat.
Weeks 1-5 50mg dbol/ed
Weeks 1-10 600mg/sust/week
Weeks 1-10 600mg/eq/week
Weeks 6-12 75mg/fina/ed
Weeks 1-13 .5mg/arimdex/ed
Begin clomid in week 14
My goals of this cycle are to stay lean. I will probably consume 3000 calories per day. I am going to keep the protein sky high, but carbs moderate. I am going to lift heavy, but still do cardio 4 times per week @ 30mins per session. My cardio will consist of mostly walking on the treadmill, I want to keep my HR @ 130. I will also be using yohimburn throughout my cycle. 4 days on 2 days off. I may throw in some clen and ECA during my cycle. I am looking more into the cut solid look, not the huge look. I do not want to increase my bf. I have lil love handles that are so hard to lose, I do not want them to get any worse. I would be happy dropping some bf and putting on a few pounds of lean body mass and inreasing strength. I am not going to eat 5000 calories per day and increase my bf. My last cycle consisted of anavar/eq/fina, I put on 20 pounds and kept 17 of it. Before that I did 2 stupid cycles when I was not really educated. I did a sust only cycle, and then a sust eq dbol, I never used clomids and anti e's, my friend introduced me to gear but did not use anti E's or clomid. I used clomid on my last cycle and it definitely made a difference. Once again, I want to thank everyone that took the time to help me out. I am very excited about starting, everything is going right for me. I just passed a big state teaching test, my 21st bday is next week, and tomorrow I am beginning this cycle. Life is good right now.
