Cycle Routine advice.

Im going to be starting a 3 week cycle of Test Prop-150mg EOD and Var 30mg day. PCT with clomid. This will be my first cycle, and i wanted something short to see how my body responds. Im 6 foot, 165, 8%bf.

My routine was going to be a 3 day split, Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Legs/Shoulders. I want to do it this way so that i coud get as many workouts in, in those 3 weeks.

I was planning on doing 2 days on, 1 off. I was wondering, will i need more or less rest.

Also, what should my Calories and Marcro nutrients look like. Im very sensitive to carbs. I take in 2g per pound of protien and about 1-1.5g per pound of carbs, low fat.

If It were benneficial I would work out two times a day, I will be on winter break and I ain't got no job.

Does anyone know what my gains will be like. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
if you are training that offten, do limited sets, like 3 work sets max per muscle group. look in the training forum for DC training, or HST training. they are both good. also the 5x5 is good. i would try out a few of these before the cycle to see what you like. i just started the DC training, and im excited to see what i get out of it.

as far as calories, protein should be 2 grams per pound of weight, if you are sensative to carbs, eat most of them in the early hours of the day. add a good source of fat, like flax or hemp oil to bump the calories. monitor your progess, if a week goes by and you havent gained weight, add more calories.
