I'm not making any personal attacks against you bro, but please believe me, it is biochemically and physiologically impossible to add more than 5 to 10 (absolute max) pounds of pure lean muscle tissue per cycle. Your body simply can not adjust that quickly to the change. And there's no jealousy here for sure, I can assure you. I started using at 230 lbs and am 285 right now. I've been in the game for years and I'm just here on this thread to make sure others who are just starting do not have unrealistic expectations. Can you add 40 lbs on your first cycle? 100% yes. Can more than 10 lbs of that be pure muscle tissue? 100% absolutely not. Whether the rest is fat, water, increased bone density, whatever. Personally, I gained about 25 lbs on my first cycle. I had been training for years and people already thought I was using AAS. Another reason many young guys gain so much on their virgin cycles is because they turn to AAS waaay too quickly at too young of an age. They don't realize they could have made those gains in maybe twice the amount of time by just eating properly. My current cycle consists of 2 grams of gear, GH, and IGF-1. I've gained 8-10 lbs in about 10 weeks. Why? Because I'm 285 lbs that's why. Most of the gear I take is to maintain my size, with only a small bit to add more. So no, I'm not jealous of these 140 lb newbs gaining 40 lbs on test and deca. This cat said he started at 142 lbs...I use 150 lb dumbells for incline presses. So there's some perspective for ya. Not being arrogant, just trying to illustrate my point.
In the end though, with these 35+ lb gains per cycle, I can assure you, "dat's" not all muscle.
