I started working out on June 7 this year after a 10 year absence from the gym. I've been taking 15-20mg of Dbol daily. I started at 5'9", 175 lbs. @ a pathetic 28% body fat. I had the "skinny fat" body. Now I'm 190 lbs. @ a more sensible 18% body fat. Body fat was measured in a Bod Pod. My upper abs are starting to barely show. I now have a little bit of vascularity in my arms. My arms went from 14" to 16". Bench press went from 125 lbs. to 275 lbs. I had about 17 years of training when I was younger and competed in power lifting. I'm wondering how much was from muscle memory and how much was the dbol. I'm also diabetic and my sugar levels have decreased greatly.
