Photo one is after 12 weeks Test Cyp 600Mg per week

then 3 months off
Photo two is after 8 weeks of 300Mg Sustanon,300Mg EQ, 100 Mg Tren Hex per week

Very noticeable difference and without HUGE quantities of AAS.
Keep in mind I am 49 & 6'0" and have been working out hard for 4 years and was just stuck. Just couldn't get weights any higher.
I work muscle groups for 1 hour 12,10,8 to failure and then 1/2 hour cardio and that is 4x a week minimum different group each time i.e. abs,arms,legs,chest.
I am also looking for more definition and better abs. My diet is very good 5-6 meals a day 300-400 grams protein & enough carbs to balance whole wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potato ect and minimal fats except ex virgin olive oil.
If I eat more it turns right into belly & lower back fat. I want leaner am about 14% and trainer at gym claims that is too low ?? huh
I have never been able to add any muscle my whole life. Just genetics BUT I have been getting way more compliments at the pool since the recent cycle.
I am pretty content BUT I also think improvement can be made and I thank you for the input both positive & negative.
