cycle question

whats up guys...been on here for awhile never posted....but you guys always seem to have good answers so i was hoping you could help me with this one

got me 2 bottles of prob....2 bottles of sus and 2 bottles of decca.

wondering what is the best way to cycle it

i was thinking
monday
prob1cc
sus 1cc
deca 1cc

wed
1cc prob

friday
prob1cc
sus 1cc
deca 1cc

i also know pyramiding is important so how should i cycle example when should i start lowering the sus and deca??? should i start with two cc a week and the work down after like 5 week? or should i start with 1cc of the sus and deca a week work up then back down?

any feed back would be awesome thanks a lot

im been lifting for bout ten years im 28.....this is probably my 5th cycle.....always had great results with the sus and deca but never ran it with the prop

i was out of the gym for like 6-7 months cuz of a car accident....and i know i shouldnt start it as soon as i jump back in but i just cant help it.......i lost 40lbs since the accident and this is the only thing that is motivating me to get back in there

so i guess i should just stick with the plan i have laid out above huh?

I would use the prop as a kickstart 75mg ed and keep the sus and deca monday/thursday

the decca is 300

im 140 right now 5'7......was 175 in my prime like i said the accident fed my life up for awhile was in bed taking pain meds and shit

i have like no body fat right now....when i was at my prime i was like 4% body fat.....i got nothing in that department lol
 
Dont worry brother, muscle memory will get you back to where you should be in no time at all, maybe lay off the cycle for a little bit until your training and dietting hard so you get more out of it

dbol/sus/deca will pack on the mass, i think thats what your after
