I'm 30 5"10 185 prob around 10% bodyfat. Been liftging 10 years more on than off. The last 3 years have been strict diet and gym time religously. Breakfast 1/2 cup oatmeal mixed w/ 2 scoops twinlab protien and a lowfat light yougurt. snack apple and fiber bar, lunch 8-10 ounce chicken breast or lean beef steamed veggie and sweet potato, after lunch snack 2 scoop twinlab protien shake 2 tbsp natural peanut butter dinner is like my meal at lunch minus the sweet potato normally eat 6 eggs and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cottage cheese 1 hour before bed. Thats just a quick description diet does vary from time to time muli vitamin and right around a gallon of water a day. Cardio 30 minutes minimum 3x a week.
Gym
5 day a week.
monday-chest and tri
tues-back and bi
wed-shoulder and trap
thur-legs
fri-chest and touch up on weak area
bench 300 squat 385 dead 445
Workouts are about 1 hr and 30 min. typically 90 second rest between sets. Have a workout partner and push each other pretty hard.
I'm wanting to get on a Test E only cycle.(I was just going to go 250 mg once a week) Wanting suggestions on dose and PCT from the experienced bros on this awesome forum.
