Cycle Question???

Ok fellas I have been on my test E cycle a little over 4 weeks now and I had planned on it being 12 weeks but now I am considering extending it to 14. What do you guys think about extending it. I have the extra gear and extras to do it. I have 2 10mL vial of 600mg/mL Test E. and I am shooting 1/2cc Sunday and Wednesday. This is my second cycle. Would I see any extra benefits from extending it? One last question kinda off topic but how do you guys deal with late night cravings? I have had some really bad cravings around 8 -9 o'clock and I need to figure something out before I ruin my diet. Thanks and karma to all those who help.
 
beef jerky.. protein shake, peanuts, tuna, salad,
and take a sleeping pill :) works for me..
i eat i just try to stick to protein.. or sometime i will even eat green beans, .... peanuts are mostly fiber..
 
there is nothing wrong with running 14 weeks. if the gains are still coming keep going by all means. i'm on right now and will stay on for 16 if the gains are coming. i always have enough gear for that.

I generally agree with that. bruce is one fart smeller. :p I think the higher the dose gets, the more I would be inclined not to keep going, but thats just my 2 cents worth. In this case 14 weeks would be cool if still making gains.

I always have a protein shake before bed. A small one (about 8 ounces at the most) with some casin protein in it along with egg white.
 
blueberries and cream oatmeal and protien shake (small one) does it for me. just finished 5 minutes ago. The whole milk i mix with my shake usually helps me to sleep like a baby.

BTW....600mg/ml must be painful as hell!
 
That is my problem. My supper does not do it for me. I do not want to add any more carbs to it since I try to keep them low in the evenings. I eat an 8 oz. bottom round steak and 1/2 cup rice and 3/4 cup veggies. I went and bought a couple 3 lbs. boneless turkey brests and I am going to cook them and keep them in the fridge for a snack. I will just wait and see how this cycle goes and se if I need to extend it out. I am making good gains now and I believe I will continue to do so. Thanks and karma to all those I can give it too.

Actually smooth as hell. No pain at all. except for the normal. I was worried before I took my first shot.,

how often do you eat in a day? you should be eating every 2-3 hours, that will make sure you're getting enough calories and keeping your heater burning all the time (faster metabolism).... 8:00 or 9:00 isn't too late, so I wouldn't call them "late night cravings"... don't be afraid to have a snack a few hours after dinner and/or right before bed.... I usually mix some IPI protein in water, add some flax or hemp oil and egg whites (I get the pasturized kind that you pump out of a gallon...no taste, great source of protein)... other good snacks before bed are peanut butter (slow digesting, has some protein, low carbs and good fat)... and cottage cheese (like Krishna said)....
