Ok I am in my 2nd week of my cycle. I am on 30mg DBOL a day, Sust 250 500 mg a week(1-10) and Proviron 25-50 mg ED. Now I am doing a 10 week cycle and switching from DBOL to Winstrol week 5-10. After 1 week I have only gained 3 lbs but I my waist is bloated it seems. I am doing 20 mins of cardio after every lift session also plus 20 mins in a tanning bed to sweat even more. I am drinking LOTS of water also. Now my diet consists of this basically
6:00 am Protein Drink 21 Pro, 5 Carbs
8:00 am Oatmeal 50 Carbs
10:00 am Protein Bar 30 Pro, 15 carbs
12:00 pm Rice and Chicken 17 pro, 50 carbs
2:30 Yogurt (forgot the count)
3:30 Lift, cardio, and tanning
6:00ish PM Pasta 60 carbs
8:00 Protein drink 21 pro
That is roughly my daily routine. My strength is great and I really love the Sust 250. This is basically my first real cycle. I am 33 yrs old, 6' and 197 lbs currently and had full checkup prior to my cycle. I am ready the boards for info but I know everyone reacts differently. So I guess I am trying to see if I am gaining fat or am I bloating up from water ? Any info would be appreciated.
