Why not just study diet/cardio a bit more before doing the synthetic routine? If she's been training and dieting with minimum results, she probably just needs to change things up a bit.
It's safer and more effective than the quick/temporary fixes, IMHO.
Well she is 67 kg,,,almost 135 pounds. She trains everything from cycling, aerobics, weghts. She only eats chicken, and vegetables. But also eggs and protein shakes and stuff.
It is important to note the timing of her meals and training regimen. Post her diet and training schedule on the diet board. There are many great people there who would be glad to assist you.
