Goal: gain 15lbs of lean muscle over first 2 cycles
stats.
32yrs
185 -195 lbs
8 - 11% bf
lifting 20 yrs (only last 7 properly)
Current diet
2500 -3000 cal, 300 - 350 pro, 200 - 250 carb
Planned cycle diet
4000 - 4500 cal, 400 - 450 pro, 300 - 350 carb
I am on HRT taking my total test levels to 1200. Dose's are...
250mg cyp/wk
250iu HCG twice a week
1.5 iu HGH 5 days on/2 off (just started last week)
Original plan was to up test to 700 wk. But, I am having serious hairloss and had sides w/proscar.
So, 1st cycle
45 mg var 1 - 8 week
250mg cyp/wk forever
250iu HCG twice a week forever
2 iu HGH 5 days on/2 off forever
Then, for 2nd cycle run next summer. (To look jacked all summer)
400 EQ 1 - 12 week
250mg cyp/wk forever
250iu HCG twice a week forever
2 iu HGH 5 days on/2 off forever
All advice appreciated.
