Cycle on - Cycle Off

I pretty much now, a good rule of thumb is to cycle off the same amount of time as your cycle on, but when people are meaning cycle on, does it mean the steroid cycle or steroid and pct cycle??

For example
Juice + pct = 3 months
Juice = 2 months

When I take break and let me body recover, do I do a 2 months break or 3 month break??

everyones got dif therories on this one bro...i like to take at least another month after my PCT...my labs have always been in order by then...so why the fuck not haha

Makes sense to me

I recommend PCT + cycle and a 3-4 month break. But it really depends on the lab results. Cycles can be done closer together than that.

I've heard both ways:

Time on+PCT - post cycle therapy - =Time off
Time on+PCT+Time off
OK that made no sense

Time on + P-C-T=Time off
Time on=P-C-T+Time off

you're still makin no sense  are you hittin the bottle tonight??!! :)

I've always been told by the big boys up stairs, and agree, that: cycle+P-C-T should be the length of time you are off before going back on... but if you get your bloods done and everything checks out then I don't see why ya couldn't go on early but if not back to normal then wait a bit longer... however the above time calculation is just a rule of thumb... that's to say a good guesstimation of when you should be back to norm

What the... ?

I still don't get it bro.
Time on + P-C-T=Time off
Time on=P-C-T+Time off

For example

Time on=10wks
P-C-T=6wks

So

Time on(10) +P-C-T(6)=Time off(16)
Time on(10)=P-C-T(6) + Time off(4)

Is everyone clear now?
