First Shot:
January 28th...

Have not really noticed anything yet, not going to for another few weeks...

Workout:
Well im not going to re-track the last workouts till this journal but will start from now.

Feb 2:
20 Minutes of cardio before workout...Bike

Shoulders

Behind Neck Press: 3 Sets 8,6,4 x max weight
Front Raise: 2 Sets 10,8 x Comfortable Weight
Shoulder Press: 3 sets 6,4,2 x Max Weight
Lateral Raise: 3 Sets 8,6,4 x Comfortable weight, Max Weight

Forearms

Reverse Curls: 5 Sets 10,8,6,4,10 x Max Weight, Challengeable Weight

Any more forearm exercises?
Only know 1

Saturday/Sunday Rest Days

20 Minutes of Cardio everyday.

Monday: Chest/Abs
Tuesday: Back/ Biceps
Wednesday: Legs/ Forearms
Thursday: Chest/Abs (changes Everyweek to nextday ex if Chest today nextweek back/biceps Etc.)
Fridays: Shoulders/Triceps
 
I personally think my forearm work out is great. I superset for 4 sets for about 20 reps twice a week. I go wrist curls until I can't do anymore and then have some one spot me for 3 more reps and then go straight into windshields for as many as I can. Don't know anyone else that does it but it works well for me.

what are windshields have never heard of them bro...
 
Take some dumb bells (i use 30 pounds) and hold them like your doing curls but keep your arms so they're bent at a 90 degree angle. Hold one d.b so your palm's facing up and the other so your palm's facing down. Then you just rotate your hand so the palm facing down is up and visa versa. When you come back to the original position it counts as one. Do it a medium pace

Second Injection today... Alternated Glute..So left side today...felt good just a little pin of blood barely see-able...

Monday- Friday...

Sat and Sun are rest days so...yeah
 
I don't do "forearms" specifically, but I've found that unstrapped pulling - Heavy, helps big time with forearm size and strength.

Farmer walks, deadlifts, barbell rows... only use straps when you can't grip anymore at all.
