I want to try a sustanon, deca, dianabol stack. When checking for cycle info. it only lists the amount of each to take per week. (ex. sust-500mg, deca-400mg) Are these amounts to be taken in one shot or spread through the week? Thanks for any info. you can provide.

Both are long acting so you can get away with one shot per week.

Yeah sust normally comes in 1ml amps and deca in 2ml vials so pick a day of the week and put both sust amps in one syringe and load 2 more syringes up with 200mg of deca each.

3 jabs same day every week.

With the dbol divide what you are going to take into 3 times daily.

Just keep the total amount of juice in one shot no greater than 2 ml's. Some people can get away with more but usually people complain about absorbsion or pain when going more than 2.
