Cycle help??

Allright guys, this is my first cycle in 5 years.

Stats:

Training 10 years
Height 5'10
Weight 188
BF 13.2%

Test E 500mg/ EQ 400 mg weeks 1-15.
Letro .75 ed, PCT with Nolva but considering running Sustain after reading decent results.

I am in week 4 and up 10 pounds....backing off my running - was at 30 miles per week, going to keep it at 15miles per with 1 long day and two days of high intesity.

Eating 4500cals per day, approx 20/40/40 in the macros.

I am bulking, but since I took up running 5 years back I have lost a lot of mass as you can tell from my current stats and the fact I am up 10 pounds since starting.

The problem is I FEEL like I am laying down a huge amount of fat. The scale only shows up 1% in total BF%. But typical areas like around stomach, face, and chest flab just feel and (at least to me) look more pronounced or worse in the mirror. Calipers from suprailiac measurements come to 9cm which according to the chart would have me around 11% bf. I think the scale is actually more accurate in this case.

I can't tell if I am eating too much or in this case it truly is just bloat. Strength is starting to climb but I guess in comparison, I feel like 10 pounds isn't much in 4 weeks comparitively to others. I am certain running was hindering gains so I am backing off that heavily.

For this cycle and keeping up with massive ammounts of eating, I want to grow, but not end up completely layered with fat. Being able to take my shirt off at the beach without having a massive hard belly from huge eating would be somewhat nice too. But, I will do whatever it takes to make the bulker work.

Do I just have to suck it up and take whatever fat I get with the muscle growth and look to cut after? I don't want to be 20% bf at the end of this. Am I expecting too much muscle growth in 4 weeks since EQ takes so long to work and the test e doesn't "kick in" for three weeks or so.

Sorry for being a chic, but I just want some reassurance that I am running this right with cals, etc, so I don't start second guessing myself and dropping the food low and get less than optimal gains.
 
4500 cals should be ok for a bulk if not bump to 5000cals, just try to keep them as clean as possible. your PCT, nolva only? bro your gona need HCG thru out your cycle. clomid would be good aswell..

Yeah sorry, HCG 250 iu's eod. I can do the clomid for PCT as well. I think I am getting punked by EQ anxiety, because I am worried I am gaining a shit load of fat. The 4 Oberons I had yesterday prolly aint helping with the bloat.

Natty supps for bloat?

250 on MON and again 250 on Thurs.

as far as AI use .5 mgs of ADEX a day , letro is too much.

Also "Bulking" means CLEAN calories, if you eat bad foods you will get fluid retention in excess as well as Fat gain.

Thanks. Yes, I am injecting test e monday/thursday. I'll switch over to liquidex I suppose.
