cycle help?

hey mates! Its now time for my new cycle, Im 23 years old, 180cm, 80kg
second cycle.

I have sustanon 250 and deca norma. I thougt Id use
500sustanon/week, twice a week and Im a bit confused over how to use the Deca norma, should I take two injections a week or only one?
And how mouch should the dosage be?

I have HCG for PCT, should I pick up some nolva aswell??

you can do 400 or 200...its all up to you. I would do 400. Just inject the same time you inject the test. Put it in the same syringe and shoot it...Your going to see some awesome gains on this cycle bro...keep us posted on results

For your first run you'd be fine running both, but I might suggest you stick to just Test at 500mg/wk for 10-12 weeks. If some gyno pops up you REALLY want to know where it comes from and with Test/Deca you cant be 100% sure till you've run Test w/out Deca and been gyno-free.

either way, Test250mg 2x/wk. Mon/thurs to make it easy.

You'll want some Nolva or Clomid with the HCG IMO for PCT

YEah, I'd do half of each Mon/Thurs

Did you say it's your 1st cycle? If so I would def. say run 400 mg's of the Deca. I say that because your receptor sites are nice and clean (Virgin Recept's) and you will respond better than any other cycle in the future. I am also a firm believer in front loading so dont be afraid to start out high for a month and then stabalize later. just my opinion. Peace, Drol's

yeah but that deca will shut yu down if you dont run test with it...or you could go with some pro-v

no its 2nd cycle, first was only test =) and deca and sustanon is what I got at home right now so its whats gonna be, ill inject 250 of sust and 200 deca twice per week, and use pregnyl for PCT. thats 3 ml per injection, sound pretty mouch? wount I be really soar?
