cycle help

ok guys i need your help here, I have 5 amps of Omnadren 250 , 40 winstrol pills 50mg of british dragon, and 100mg/ml of test suspension. how would you cycle those? and what type post cycle threapy do i need?

why didnt you jsut get vials and tabs instead of just a sample of each?
