aight guys im gonna run a sust and deca cycle but im not sure if i want to run sust and deca for 10 weeks at sust 750mg and deca at 250. or run it sust 500mg a week adn deca at 500 week. im just curious of other ppls opinions on this.

I would do the first cycle for sure..test 750mg deca 250mg...I think this is a way better bulk cycle if that is what you are after...

its going to be summer so im looking to stay half way clean but add size at the same time to.

Thats a good number there.It really depends on how many cycles you have ran. Golden rule start out low see how your body reacts then raise dose as needed...Try to keep the test dose higher then the deca dose if you want to get laid one day......myself gram of test and 600 deca a week and i look like a BB now

well i am new to deca but i have plenty of cycles under my belt my last one i pushed a gram of test e, tren, igf 1 lr3 and loved it. ive just seen some of my friends have good results of deca and sust and i wanna give it a go.

I think that's the right number unless you have experience then I might do sus 750mg/wk and deca 400 mg/wk (but I can be a pig with test). Don't forget ancillaries.

Always keep the deca lower than the test.
