Hey Guys
I have done 3 cycles in my lifetime. Im 24yrs 6'1 215 8%bf

I'm looking to do something with min side effects.

Back in my college days I was in the mindset that I wanted to be huge. Now I work in an investment firm and find myself being able to only lift 3 days a week. The other days I find myself on the tennis court and golf course with clients.

The more and more I read I find myself looking more at orals vs injectables. I am leaning more towards things like anavar primo deca.

My goals are to gain some size but more importantly have a lean nice sculpted look.

Proper diet, & training will get you where you want to be without a/s. A/S can assist you by increasing protein synthesis. In laymens terms it will help you utilize your protein intake for new muscle growth however consistency with your diet and training is key. Why are you using a/s? why dont you just try manipulating your diet & training regimens for what you are looking to achieve?

this is true. since your not looking to get bigger you should be fine with changing your diet and training. plus only training 3 days a week ist worth taking AAS. it would be wasting it.
