Cycle Help

Hey guys newbie here. I've been reading this site and doing research for a while now. I've been working out daily for the past year and 1/2 or so. I feel like I might have hit a plateau naturally. Decided to try out a 5 week cycle of Winstrol oral 50mgs ED. Not to psyched about the gains I got. After reading I've found that a lot of the vets seem to believe Test the perfect ASS for rookies. I was wondering if 1) I should try another 4 weeks of Winny, but this time go with the injects. or 2) Go with Test for my next cycle. I initially went with the oral Winstrol for a few reasons. The low risk of side effects, ie. gyno and bloat. Since I'm ot really looking to get HUGE, just hard I thought it was a perfect fit. Lastly seeing as my this first cycle I felt more confident having the doseage measured out for me. I have since gotten over this.

My stats:
29 yrs old
5'8
179lbs
Not quite sure what the BF% is, but judging by the small spare tire I would guess 20% or so.


During the week my diet is very clean. Mostly just Chicken and veggies for dinner. Maybe a bagel w. peanut butter for breakfast. Chicken breast salad for lunch , and a protein shake in between lunch and dinner.

Workout consists of 6 days,
Day one: Bi and Tri, along with running 3.1 miles
Day two: Back and shoulders, running 3.1 miles
Day three: Chest, running 3.1 miles
Day four through six repeat schedule.

Some help would be greatly appreciated and Karma deserving.
 
Run 500mg test cyp or enth weeks 1-10. Nice and simple for a first cycle. Get clomid/nolv for post cyce and in case of gyno symptoms. Also, you workout looks to me like you're over training.

If I were you I would diet down a bit more BF before thinking of another cycle. 20%Bf is quite high for a male and problems can compound themselves in conjunction with AAS. Not to be a dick but you say you've only been working out for 1.5 years...that isn't all that long. You probably have alot more natural gains that can be made if you simply tweak your diet and/or workout strategy. In hindsight I wish I'd held off a little longer before taking the plunge.
 
Thanks for the info guys. Mr. Black I realized after this last time that I should diet down the BF%. Call it rookie mistake. I was thinking about trying out some Clen to help me out. Not saying that chemicals are the answer to everything, but I can't imagine cutting the diet anymore and still be healthy. No worries about being a dick. I put my info up for people to help me regardless of the criticisim.
