I'm going to stay off for another 8 weeks to give my receptors a little more time to clear. THis will give me a full 24 weeks off of everything. Right now I'm 205-210 about 4-5% body fat and holding steady. Strength i still there and my condoitioining is still insane. DOn;t ask how or why but i still got straited glutes from weeks ago. and my calories are realitively high (3600-3800) to be exact with 2-3 days 20-30minutes HIT intensity cardio on off days. (stuff really does burn fat the best ), i rarely every go of my eating habits. Cheat meal once every week or 2 weeks its is sushi if you can call it a cheat meal LOL any way. Goals are to stay around 6% but gain lean muscle mass. as long as my waist doesn;t go up too much and my biceps are growing, and getting stronger I'm going in the right directions. FRom researching this boards and other this is what I have came up with
for my cycle.
last show i was 198 at 3.4% bf
goal by april for junior USAS 210-212lbs with same conditoining
week 1-8
400 eq
75 mgs fini EOD
week 3-8
50 mgs winny every day
wait 2 weeks after last eq shoot
start clomid
gh straight through at 4 ius a day 5 days on 2 days off
no liquidex needed becaue of no test
vitex
cranberry
ALA 2.5 grams a day
calories will be increased by 15%to 4200 caloires at 50% protein 30% fat and 20% carbs
cardio will remain as 3 days a week for 20-25 minutes
Any suggestions I'm open to them
