cycle help

I'm taking 500mg/wk of sust but unfortunately I have to take nolvadex all cycle.... I just got over sust flu but still have only gained about 8 pounds, hoping to gain more. I'm eating as much as humanly possible and wondering whether nolvadex is hindering my gains what do you guys think... week 4 going into 5

What's your Q?....Although nolva will hinder your gains according to you you have to take it because you're susceptible to the sides....correct?....A few less pounds is better than tits IMO....

I guess I really didn't ask one.... from the searches I've done, it seems that my gains can be hindered anywhere between 10-50% which is quite a discrepency, I'm hoping that someone who has done it both ways can give their experiences.

I have a gyno problem from my first cycle, seems to start to flare-up immediately, even after my first shot.

If it flares up that fast you should be using arimidex instead of nolvadex anyway. Are you tracking you macronutrient intake, or just guessing? I only ask because when guys are not seeing what they expect it almost always stems from their lack of caloric intake (but from your initial post I would assume this to not be the case)?
