First of all BIG UP to this discussion board. I have been reading alot about how to Safely use steroids for about a month.
I am 29, 6'1 210 lbs 12% bodyfat. I workout 5 days a week and love lifting. I want to try my first cycle and feel the safest trying 8 weeks of Deca @ 300mg/wk. Should this add 15-20 lbs of muscle and do I need anything for off cycles? Should I pyramid and how long between cycles?
