I'm thinking that t-3 is going to hurt my overall gains. I don't think my protein consumption is high enough: my appetite is shot. I am only consuming 350g of protein per day, struggling to get 400 at times.
cycle is now: (just started wk 4): 214
deca 600mg ew: 1-6, taper 7 + 8
winny 50mg ed: 4-10
test 125mg ew: 4-8
t-3: 12.5mcg ed
120-165g of fat
75-150g of carbs
350g of protein (400 if i'm lucky)
