Ok guys so I've been on 7 weeks now
5weeks on test started var 2 weeks prior to some issues
First couple weeks was tough car cramped me up big
Running 300mg sometimes 400mg a week of prop only
Am now back to where I left off running fast again
Only do 2 gym sessions a week and people are noticing now saying look double the size I was before I see it
Traps are massive ass is huge so back to where it was contribution to my sprints not leg workouts cause I haven't do e any in the gym in 6 months
One thing is I am not recovering faster then I thought May have to swing something in there
Any ideas?
