Cycle for next year

Looking to start cycle early next year.

age: 32
training: 10+ years
bf: 16 (want to hit 12 by start of next cycle).
cycle history: 10+ cycles
weight: 250
height: 5'10"

Goal is cutting (want to hit 4-6% bf)

var: 100mg/ed - wks 1-6
primo: 600mg/wk - wks 1-20
test: 200mg/wk - wks 1-20
eq: 500mg/wk - wks 5-20
masteron: 400mg/wk - wks 11-20
var: 100mg/ed - wks 15-20
ldex: .5mg e3d
pct: nolva/clomid

cardio (biking/running): weeks 1-10, 3x's per week 30 min a day.
cardio (biking/running): weeks 11-20, 6x's per week 30min a day.

Training:
5x5: 6 days per week, arms broken into 2 days.

Diet: (will have to adjust accordingly due to weight at time of cycle but aiming at what is listed below).
protein: 1.5-2g per lb
carbs: 100g per day
fat: 50g per day

looks like a killer cycle bro , why dont you start Eq from week 1 as it takes a while to shine . good luck
 
With masteron in there you might think about dropping the eq. It's hard to diet for some while on eq. Myself included…

Horrible pct
No enough cardio not even close

Thoughts?

thats a pretty extensive cycle but since you have ran 10 previous cycles i would expect you to have something more advanced...

first thing that sticks out to me right away is masteron... you must get your body fat below 10% or at least right at 10% or masteron is not for you... you will not get the max benefit from it otherwise, so you need to keep that in mind...

also, as was brought up to you, eq is not the easiest thing to be taking to keep your diet great because you will be very hungry...

your anavar doses are pretty damn high, im assuming that you have ran it before? i don't have any issue with your running it front and back but make sure you are taking n2guard and possibly lipid stabil as well to keep bp, liver and lipids in check... if you have not ran anavar before then that dosage is much too high...

also, what type of test are you running? your dosage on that is quite low to be honest... especially with your experience...

i do really like the fact that you are running primo and running it a long time... you will get nice effect from that...


your pct is a fucking mess but we need to get your cycle straightened out first before we get to that...

if you can get your body fat down then i would run test, mast, primo and anavar... if you don't, then you need to go another route...

I was using the masteron the last 10 weeks due to needing the lower bf.

dropping eq from the mix

have used var in the past at 50, 75, and 100 with no problems.

test will be enanthate (200mg is my minimum I want to run). Bloat, acne becomes horrible as test increases. I plan to run some this winter at 400ew so depending on how that goes I will adjust this cycle accordingly.

reading through needto's guide on pct now, so probably go with some hcg/unleashed, but only half way through it.

masteron is a muscle polisher though bro... you need to already have a lower body fat to get the results from it... its an awesome compound but its not worth it to run it if your body fat is not in check first...

you obviously know to run an AI to keep your bloat down on the test... i would at least go 250 on it but thats up to you...
