Cycle for girlfriend.

I told her I rather her not do one, but she sees the results I'm getting on my tren, prop, eq cycle, so she wants to do something to tone up and lose weight. I've never put a chick on anything, so I'm not sure where to start. Let's make it short and sweet basically. She's 31, 5'3, 122 lbs and an avid runner. She never lifts and really won't start. She just wants to run. Any suggestions?

Steroids are not the answer for her...

She wants to tone up and lose weight? She is only 122lbs..
I recommend need2slin and possibly a test booster like phytoserms or HCGenerate.

Need2slin is a great recomp tool, and everyone that is on it loves it..

You give her a steroid, dont be surprised if her voice deepens, she grows hair, her clit enlarges etc....
 
Slin would help a lot and/ or a fat burner. She could probably just make some diet changes and get results too. Steroids aren't going to give her what she wants..especially if she's not going to lift.

IMO, I suggest you have her start to weight train for a while and see how she responds. Her body may transform without the use of any drug. She needs to invest in a few supplement to assit her thought, IMO: Need2Slin, Adderllin.

When you and her feel as if she is ready to use any sort of AAS, start small with anavar for a couple cycles and build from there.
 
Unless a female is competing, they should not use an anabolic/androgenic hormone.. Thats just my view..
No need to at all.. Because if they mess up, then they are stuck with male traits forever at the sake of looking better.

I agree with you. While a small var cycle is relatively "safe" in terms of side effects for women, there is always the risk for irreversible sides and for this girl...who wants to "tone and lose fat"...it won't really help her with that. There are so many other more effective options to reach her goal, without even considering AAS.
 
That's like taking adderal if you don't go to schooll lol
 
It all starts with diet and exercise. If she won't lift weights she doesn't need steroids. The results you're getting are more due to your working out and eating well than the steroids. Tell her if she's serious (which it sounds like she's not) to sign up here and go to the womens forum for help.

fixed! unless one changes their eating habits both compounds are temporary fixes, not permanent ones. in her case she doesn't need either compound since she is an avid runner, she already is burning loads of fat. she just needs to get rid of some of the sugars and fatty food, and introduce fruit/veggies/lots of water instead.
 
Gamer gave you the only advice this thread needs. A fat burner and a natural test booster if she wants. Anything else would be a disaster waiting to happen. Fat burner will help with her energy for running and help her tone up. Exactly what you asked for was it not?

Thanks everyone. Yea, I told her to tweak her diet and just keep doing what she's doing, but she's just being stubborn. I thought about T3, but she already shakes enough (she has a form of Parkinson's), so that would be terrible for her. I'm not going to let her do anything, especially since she won't lift. She hates it and just doesn't enjoy it. I'll fix her way of thinking. :)

mate i agree 100% but for most people diet is the last thing they look at an no mater how much you push it down there throat an if its not the answer the were looking for there not going to listen in most cases

This is a really good suggestion. I wouldn't mess around with stuff like T3, if her diet/ lifting isn't in order..she'll risk losing more muscle. The AP stack would help her a lot and be safe for her to use.

good point roxy but she may have no interest in putting muscle in the first place witch may be why she refuses to do any form of weight training but we are all just guessing anyway .

maybe the best thing for her to do is to not rely on her bf for advice and to join ef like we all did

I'd try her on something non-hormonal at first like CLENBUTEROL.
