I told her I rather her not do one, but she sees the results I'm getting on my tren, prop, eq cycle, so she wants to do something to tone up and lose weight. I've never put a chick on anything, so I'm not sure where to start. Let's make it short and sweet basically. She's 31, 5'3, 122 lbs and an avid runner. She never lifts and really won't start. She just wants to run. Any suggestions?
