cycle for dec/jan

ok so help me choose
test e or sustanon at 400mg or 500mg/week and then i cant decide between eq/mast/winny inj.

looking to lean out but put on a nice amount of muscle. currently 12-14% bf
currently on winny tabs i think they are fake, so i would like to try winny again but if this shits real then winny sucks.

these are the amounts i would have if i were to choose one compound
12,ooo mg of eq
6,000 mg of mast
or 6,000 mg of winny

dec/jan cycles are usually bulking cycles
decide what you want to do
lean out???
put on muscle???
it will be a lot harder to put on muscle in a calorie deficit
i dnt think winny is worth your time unless you are leaner

why not try test, EQ, and maybe an oral
how much do you weigh??

hmm i want to gain a tiny more muscle, but my ultimate goal is to lean out. i live in florida so its basically summer all around. im 177-78 at 5'5. if i can drop like 6% and weight like 165-170 at 6-8% bf i would be very happy. that is my goal i am trying to achieve right now

Lean out for the next 3 months. Don't diet crazy low in macro's and do a lot of cario. Keep it reasonable to loose 10lbs of fat and spare muscle. Then do a clean bulk of test. what are your past cycles? If this is your first 250 e5d will be enough to gain u 15 lbs.

oh thats not me thats d jackson (i would change it but thats what everyone regonizes me by), but im 25 im currently on winny and test 250 but i think its pretty much fake. taken anavar i also thought that was fake lol, and ive taken dbol which was not fake gained 23lbs, kept 17. so basically i feel like i have only taken one cycle. im on a diet now im goin to continue that through to dec/jan
