Cycle End Arimidex and Clomid Usage?

When finishing a cycle what is the ed usage and how long, using Arimidex and Clomid.

First of all, there are many different theories on how much & how long to take the clomid, but arimidex is fairly easy. Arimidex- just start out with about 1/4 a tab ed or eod, or 1/4 cc of the liquid stuff. If that doesn't work for you then up the dosage until you get it right. Clomid- Here's what I do.....I calculate approximately when the AS I was using should be clearing my system, and then I take 200mg or 300mg the first day. Then I take 100mg ed for 5-7 days. Then I finish off with 50mg for another week, or longer if I don't feel back to normal yet.

1/4 tab= .25mg
1/4 cc= 1mg.
Just pointing that out. I use 1/4 tab ed while on clomid. If I had the $ I'd use 1mg ed
