Cycle Assistance and Advise

sup Elite family... My stats are as follow:

32 yrs / 235 pounds / 6ft 1" / off now for 12 weeks and planning on going on for 12 weeks (within the next 2 weeks or so) as I am basically following a 12 week on 12 week off program. Currently TEST is low (just took blood test at DR.)

I'm looking to lean out as I am bulky and obviously gain strength and muscle. I'm naturally a big guy dont do much cardio and work a lot. Help would be great in terms of what is good to do for 12 weeks long and how much of it etc. I'm also on HGH right now for about 5 months so far and have about 3 months supply left. Thanks.

whats wrong with HGH? Good for you, no? supposed to be fountain of youth, am i wrong? Prop for the whole 12 weeks? Dosent sound right.
 
What's ur steroid history? How many cycles have you done? For a basic cycle just test e with a nice kickstart... maybe tbol, dbol, sdrol. If youve got some experience you could do test e and low dose of tren e with moderate calories should rip u up pretty good.
 
i want a good streaming cycle. need to custom it for me thats y i put my stats above. im looking for help in terms of what is best for me to do. Im bulky as it is dont do cardio much and would like to lean out and or not gain much water weight or puff up in general. should i stack a few tests? i dont think doing 1 type of test for 12 weeks is the right solution to a cycle.
 
i have experience. in the past i have been on test way to long for months at a time at some point even 7 months on...just about less than a year ago i began the 12 weeks on 12 weeks off plan. here i am approaching my 3rd 12 weeks on program and need advise on what to do and how much of it etc.
 
you do not even need to be considering running tren for a first cycle... you shouldn't do it for a second cycle either...

man, if your not willing to put in the work to cut weight, then its pretty hard to design you a cycle... your not just going to cut weight from what your taking... steroids are not used for weight loss... if your not willing to do any cardio at all, how do you expect to lose any weight... you don't need to make it your entire workout but fuck man, you think your just going to jump on some juice and lose weight? that's not how this works...
 
this is not my 1st or 2nd cycle. i been on cycles for about 3 years now. on and off. cardio im slowly getting into it 15 min a day 4 days a week (just cat stand it)..
 
dont have 1 set but i can follow one as close as possible if one can be assigned to me. i never dieted really hard on any cycle of course i never looked amazing like a fitness model but i was alwasy big & strong

I think you're on your own here.
Take a step back look at everything people have outlined.... Think about it!

They all have much more knowledge and experience then you clearly do.

Learn how to strip the weight without juice. it's easy to follow some macros.

Add in a few HIIT (high intensity interval traning) sessions!
30 seconds of sprinting has been proven to oxidize more fat then 30 minutes of LISS (low intensity stead state)
