I am finally seeing progress from my first cycle of deca and test depot, thanks to the advise of those who responded to my previous posts. I increased the frequency of my injections from once per week of 200/mg test AND 50mg/ deca. I am in my 6th week of a 12 week cycle.

The past two weeks I increased to 200 test and 100 deca every four days. Much more improvement in size and strength. I have a couple of questions about the next 6 weeks and nutrition.

I have put on some belly weight - probably water but probably fat too. I want to come off the cycle hopefully able to show some abs. I am not over weight to begin with but I haven't done any cardio while on the cycle since I am concentrating on bulking up.

What advise does anyone have for the balance of my 6 weeks. I will continue on my test and deca or perhaps adding winstrol. I want to bulk up much more. But I would like to start seeing some abs. Do I wait until the end of the cycle to start cardio? How much cardio should I do to burn fat but not sacrifice the bulk? Is there any gear I can add to my cycle to help in getting leaner while maintaining muscle size?

Thanks

How many calories are you eating, and what are the nutrient ratios? What is your BMR?

If you're gaining too much fat, you're probably eating too much. We can't determine that until you answer the questions above.

You can't carve a steak if there's no meat on the bone. You need to focus on building muslce, and then worry about cutting and defining. You shouldn't be looking for abs on a bulking cycle.

That's what I figured- thanks for confirming. I am consuming about 3000/cal day, 350/carbs, 200/protein and 95-125/fat. I don't know my BMR.
