I am 35yo. I did one stack of Sustanon for 10 weeks about a year ago. All of it was 250 like every week on monday. I am now going to try Anavar 50mg a day and Sustanon 250 (1 week) 250 (2 week) 500 (3 week) 500 (4th week) 250 (5th week) 250 (6th week). Do i need to take my HCG or at least my clomid at the end of my cycle?? I have 24 of 50mg tabs of Clomid.
I weigh 183 at 6ft. With high protein diet. Never really gain alot of weight due my calories always around 2400 tops. I dont see any reason to add more calories per meal since protein intake is 40 to 45 grams per meal and i try to keep carbs down. I could eat more but the rest of the protein would go to waste? I am very ripped and strong but i would like to keep it (ripped) and gain more size.
I take nitrotech with oatmeal (pretty much my only carbs) with pinapple, banana, and cottage cheese in the morning. then pretty much 5 shakes or so of Lee labrada lean bodies. I eat 2 turkey burgers with bread and cheese or tuna fish sandwhiches during the day. That is it. So my calories dont add up fast because i have high protein meals but low carbs. I try Ostrim (some kind of slim jim like meat but low fat and has 13g of protein btw meals). I put my diet in here because i want to see if it looks ok and how can you get more calories with low carbs if your protein is maxed per meal?
