Cycle And Diet Questions

Brawler

New member
Alright guys, I'm new and some of my questions are probably pretty generic but I've done quite a bit of research and I just wanna run some stuff by the hardcore people here. Any input is GREATLY appreciated and I love the forums, they cut out so much BS, but I'll keep the ass kissing to a minimum.

I'm 18 years old, 6'4, and almost exactly 300 lb's. I've got large bone structure(I can't get my thumb and middle finger around my wrist), but In short, I'm a fat bastard. My scale(which I'm sure isn't a marvel of modern science) says I'm at 33% BF. Thats probably pretty close.

Anyways, I've been lifting for about 5 months and I've worked pretty hard and put on considerable muscle. I'm just now making the decision to move into a hardcore diet and lose 60 lb's. I'm extremely committed and I am confident I will keep up on the cardio and not cheat.

My goal: Turn my diet completely around, go low carb/high protien, do cardio at least 3 times a week, hit the weights 3 times a week, and lose this weight as efficiently as I can.

I am thinking of doing 2 week on/2 week off Clenbuterol cycles while using NYC and Glucorell R in my off days. I don't expect any of this stuff to be magic quick fixers, I understand that diet, cardio, and just getting off my ass is the real key here, but if I can get extra help from these, I'll do it.

Do you guys see anything wrong with a cycle like that? Should I be using Glucorell R while on clen or is Glucorell R a waste of time altogether? Why have I heard that you should do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach? Any recommendations in this area would be really helpful.

Also, any tips that people usually miss on dieting or anything else that might help me out in my situation?

Thanks in advance, forums have taught me TONS and I admire the hell out of you guys for the discipline and work you put into your routines.
