this is my first post, last july i came in second in a local show. i should have won. i got input from 2 of the judges who stated because of loose skin on my lower abs(i was 50 lbs overweigt in my teens before i became addicted to iron) i lost. i had a tummy tuck (sounds gay) done on aug. 24. now almost 7 weeks later the doc gave me the go ahead to train all out except for exercises that put a lot of stress on my abs due to swelling. i havent been on in 7 weeks my question is will going on affect the swelling i aready have...i have been doing light workouts for 2 weeks now without any problems i didnt think the doctor would know the effect of steriods would have...also i was wondering if any mod could email me about a sourcei sent money to. two mods have already emailed me but werent sure. stated i should try someone else
