I leave for Jamaica in 4 months and wanna be ripped and jacked for my wedding and da beach! I have access to whatever I need. I've talked to Needto and RADAR tons and have a pretty good idea what I want to do....BUT the more advice the better! So tell we what you would do! I will be posting a log for this here and NTBM!
