cycle advice

whats up guys new to site and about to start a cycle, needed some expert advice. my stats are 5'10 30 years old 209lbs.
i am about to do a cycle of test cyp and tren e. need advice on best way to set up this cycle, dosage etc. thanks for the help and im sure i left something out.

a typical test cycle is 250mg mon and 250 Thurs for 10 weeks be sure to have an ai handy in case you are prone to sides!

another quick question, when i add the tren to my injections do i need to take 2 seperate shots or is it ok to combine it with the cyp for 1 shot?

It's ok to do it together bud! There both oil base. I've always added my tren with test if it fell on the same days, and I've had know problems. You just don't want to mix water base with oils. Like winstrol and test for example: THAT'S A NO!!
