Cycle advice

First, Im 6'5 285lb, around 20% bf

I've done 2 cycles, the first was 500mg test e per week, gained about 10lb kept maybe 7ish. 2nd cycle was 500mg test e, 300mg tren mix per week, gained about 20lb, kept 13ish.

I currently have 42ml of test e 250mg/ml, 40ml tren mix 150mg/ml, and 50ml of EQ 250mg/ml.

Do you think it would be good to jump to a test/tren/eq cycle or test/eq to use what I have, or stick with what works test/tren?

I'd like to bump dosages up a bit this time around but more than about 3 pins per week and I'll go nuts lol. I'll be on a calorie restricted diet, well, as much as EQ will let me if I go that route, and just want to preserve muscle. Maybe gain some and lose some fat etc...

I know I don't have enough for a cycle that's why I'm asking for some opinions to see what I want to buy to fill out what else I need.

Any advice?
 
Are you a powerlifter typeor bodybuilder type?
If you are a bodybuilding type need to lose some fat first
 
I'm just in it for cosmetic reasons, I lift 4-5 days a week, heavy and follow a 5x5 program every once a while, but I don't compete.

Do you think a test/tren/eq cycle would be a bad idea if I want to stay on a calorie restricted diet? I have a tough time getting below 15% not sure Ill ever be able to use the EQ haha

Bro how old are you?

You should be able to bring your BF below 15% with a good diet and routine.
 
Test/Tren/EQ would be good for a cut cycle. You need to be able to handle to increased appetite from the EQ though or your cut could soon turn into a bulk :P

At 20% bf, I would focus on losing some bf% without AAS first. But this depends on how low you want to get your bf%. I would drop your cals and increase your cardio.

What dosages would you recommend based on my previous results?

I was thinking I might like to bump the test to 750 and tren to 450 this time, thats 3 shots per week. How much EQ would be good to do with that? Would 500 be enough? Also I read that EQ must be run longer, do you think it would be best to do something like 1-12wk test, 1-16wk eq, 1-8wk tren or 8-16wk tren?
 
Alright so I'm about to start this cycle, what do you guys think of this?

1-4 dbol 50mg
5-16 test/e 750mg/wk
10-16 tritren 450mg/wk
1-16 eq 750mg/wk

Wondering if the 5-16 on test/e is good or should I go 1-16 on the test/e? I have more tren also, should I run that longer? Heard 6 weeks is a good length for tren.
