hello everyone,

I am looking to put together my second real cycle and was looking for some advice.

My first cycle was 10 weeks of 500mg sustanon per week.

This was about 5-6 years ago and I blew up but didn't get the quality of muscle that I anticipated...maily due to lack of diet knowledge I suspect.

For my next cycle I want to run EQ at 600-700mg per week for 16 weeks and 250mg test cyp per week for the same amount of time.

My goal is a solid, after pct, 10-15lbs of lean body mass. I am going back and forth in my head...do I want to run maybe 375-500mg of test, the only thing is I do not want that kind of size that I got from my first cycle(25lbs+) at this point in my life.

I am also considering running some tbol maybe the first 5 weeks of the cycle at about 20-30mg a day.

What do you all think? Is it absolutely necessary to run a higher test dosage to acheive my goals of 10-15lbs over 16 weeks...or can I keep the test at 250mg.

I am a nutrition OCD freak and definately got my diet down to a science the past 4-5 months and am very dedicated in the gym as well.

I will be running AR's PCT at the end of the cycle and have some stuff on hand during just in case.

What does everyone suggest. I hope I have given enough information please feel free to ask me anyquestions that might lead to some better advice. Thanks so much~!

you touched a nerve here on ef--whether or not 250 of test is enough--b/c your goals are lean mass, the dose of eq is good, and it is not a short cycle, i would say you do not have to run more.

the only thing to think about is you will not feel the full impact of the test for 3-5 weeks, some guys will do a kickstart of d-bo.l or prop. If you do either i would suggest a bit of prop (better for lean gains) and lower the dose as you get close to a month as the cyp has built up so you dont feel a big drop.

but--i think everyone will agree that a 16 week 500 test/500 eq is a great cycle (and the eq will lower the net test a bit). I have run it 2x (one with enth and one with sust at a bit higher dose--right now) and had great results.---except i have gotten an few more comments than i would like----

if you decide on a higher dose you may want to run a bit of hcg throughout (as little as 500 week can be fine--just keep an eye on nut size) as it's a long cycle and have either armidex or nolv on hand for gyno.

its funny that you mention it because I do have a little bit of test testosterone propionate but wasnt sure how to take it in such a way where it wont yo yo my test levels too much once the cypinoate kicked in. I was thinking about maybe doing 50mg/day for 3-4 weeks. Is it just going to be something where I will have to see when the cyponate kicks and immedately stop the prop?
 
Your cycle looks good for your goals. If you have the Test Prop then use it as kickstart by all means for those first few weeks. 600mgs Eq should be perfect over 16 weeks. I think you could stay at 250mgs of Test too, a little bit more won't hurt but I feel for what your wanting to achieve then 250 is adequate. You should see some nice gains from the Eq over 16 weeks at 600mgs.
 
you could do the test prop eod at 100mg and still be ok for the first 4 weeks or so. 250-500mg if fine for the test
 
i think ur cycle fits ur goals nicely, with a solid diet u should pack on some solid gains and stay lean. i second adding 500 iu HCG a wk since its a long cycle. make recovery easier. i too would go with prop to kick start as to avoid the water retention from the dbol.
other than that sounds like ur in for a good ride, good luck!
 
cycle looks good, I would add some var in 4 the first 4-6 weeks, or the last4-6. Running eq 4 16 months is perfect, most make the mistake of running it to short. Good luck and let us know of ur progress.
 
250mg of test isnt a high enough dose when running 600mg eq. Bump it up to at least 500. Or use test prop the whole time and inj EOD. Ive ran eq countless times and feel prop gives the best results with eq.

yep, bro, hit the prop, EOD 100 mg, and i'll go ahead and tell ya, you're going to feel it for a few days, i just did one, a mild, medicinal dose of 50 mg, just to knock out some minor stuff, and to see how it would feel :D and bro, i know you got the same prop i have(same source) and let me tell you, you gonna need to man up for those :D i've had test with prop in it before, and now I remember why i didn't like it. i did a glute pin on a sunday, and felt it until thursday. LOL but hey man, no pain no gain :D LOL it'll definitely help on the kickstart tho. i'm gonna use mine for off cycle injury repair, since it clears the system relatively fast, not that i get injured or anything, but just in case of a strain or mild overtraining or just what-the-fuck ever. later bro.
 
So either way running 100mg EOD of the test prop weeks 1-4, might be the way to go I will probably do that.
 
i dont think 250mg is gonna be enough i think eq is a good steroid man but always best if stacked with test it can potentially lower or shutdown tes production and sex drive will decrease with just eq so i always stack it with a bit of tst
 
yeah I might just play it safe any bump it up to 500mg/week....I can always control my gains with diet...and I just dont want to be in the posistion where I would want more gains and it would be too late in the cycle to order more stuff. I'll keep working with it im not planning on starting until feb or march.

i'd definitely do 500, that's what i'm doin, except i'm going with deca, 300 mg/wk, did my first pin tonight. going to wait till after new years to start the dbol :D

WK 1 - 12 test cyp 500 mg/wk
WK 1 - 10 deca 300 mg/wk
WK 2 - 5 dbol 30 mg ED - 20 mg in the am pre-workout, 10 mg in the afternoon
