for afirst cycle iam thinking of 500mg of sustanon for 10 weeks with napalon 50mg for sixweeks at the first half of the cycle is this a good choice. i have also been told i can move straight on to winstrol after this for cutting up. any advice

This sounds ok but I would wait about 3-4 weeks before running the winny. With it being your first cycle this will give the gear time to run its course before you put the winny in your body. This will also help your body adapt to change of diet and other changes that can and will occur between cycles

Hey where is everyone at on this one. I guess you have to type the letters BD and they will all come running.

That sounds good Like said wait for the Winny you could even wait and just run the Winny at 50mg ED for the las 5 weeks every other day would work to

first cycle, id just do test alone
