I'm looking at my first cycle and I could really use some advice. I know from reading here the past couple of months that most of you are bodybuilders as I've only seen a couple of endurance related posts. I'm a cyclist and I'm hoping to pick up some help in recovery and RBCs.
Here's what I've considered. I know it's low compared to what you all are used to, but I don't want to really gain weight, just strength.
8-10 wk cycle of
250mg test-e/wk
200mg eq/wk
I'm looking at the eq from an epo-like contribution, and test for pure recovery.
question 1- at these doses, do I need to consider proviron to keep water retention down? or would be too much estrogen suppresion at those low doses?
question 2- should I instead run only test or only eq?
question 3- what should my pct be?
I'm looking to members here on this board for help since it seems like you all have your shit together. Like I said, this will be my first cycle, so I want to do it right.
By the way, I'm about 5' 11", 170 lbs and about 11% bf right now, as I'm coming back off injury. My nutrition is good, fairly high protein to help with keeping muscle, and of course lots of quality carbs. Thanks for any help you can give.
