I have completed two cycles, and been off the last one for 12 weeks -- was on it 10. I have been told that if I want to start a cycle of Sus (400), Deca (200-400), I could start after a ten weeks off. Any advice? I am 6'4, 210, and still not at my desired mass. Also, I seemed to pick up some "belly" from my last cycle so what are the thoughts my doing a bit more cardio? Thanks for any advice since I want to maximize the results without jeapordizing my health -- I am still on active duty.
