Cycle Advice ?

I am 260 lbs with about %21 bf , my upper body looks like somthing out of flex magazine , but i have alot of weight on my midsection ( strange)

i cant take any stimulants like eca, clen etc !!!!

i have liqiudex on hand !!1

can some one help with a good cycle for me , i cant seem to lose the fat around my waist , i train 5 times a week and do cardio 5 times for 30 min

i eat clean and i haavent done a cycle in 2 months

please help
 
If you want to lose bodyfat, then we should focus more on the diet aspect.

You need to be eating a caloric deficit to lose fat. Even too much of a clean diet is a bad thing.

How many calories do you eat? Carbs/Protein/Fat ?

Do you do cardio first thing in the morning? What intensity?
 
my diet is :

1- metrx

2- 8oz chicken 1/2 cup brown rice

3- 2 scoops whey/ 16 oz gatorade , post workout

4- 1 can of tuna , 1 cup of oatmeal

5- 8oz chicken, 1 cup green beans

6- 2 sccops whey

i do 30 min cardio in the morning keeping heart rate at 130 -150

i eat very clean , and i cant seen to get rid of the mid area

im telling you,

would anavar work ? or EQ ?
 
No steroid is going to rid your stomach of fat. As was already posted if you're not eating at a calorie deficit you will not loose weight. If as you say your diet is completely clean and you're still not loosing weight then you're eating too much.
