cycle advice?

week1-10------600mg test enth
week1-4-------45mg DBOL ED
week4-12------75mg FINA ED
week1-16------.25mg ed arimidex ED
week13-15------clomid


Should I have nolvadex on hand too?
How does this sound? I am currently 6 ft 3, 190lbs, 6.5%bf.
Planning between 7k-8k cals a day. (thank god for costco)
 
You should be alright with just the arimidex, eating 7-8k calroies a day you may get a lot of unwanted fat though.... What does your diet look like?

right now i am doing about 250grms of protien a day average, with about 3000cals a day, usually 70grms of fat or less a day also. I have a high metabolism, and lose fat quickly when I want to.

What would you reccomend for the calories? I plan to do about 400 grms of protien a day while on cycle.

I tried to keep my cals around 5000-5500 bulking... I got about that in calories, 430 protein, over 500 carbs and in the 60's for fat intake... I'm 6'6", 245 right now.... You could try following a diet close to that... I only gained about 1% bf on that cycle/diet... But I ate VERY VERY Clean....

You're on the right track.If you have a very fast metabolism,you're going to need to bump that protein as well as overall calories up there to relly pack the pounds on.Try eating a solid meal every 3-4 hours and do not deviate from this course whatsoever.I would also double that arimidex dosage to keep the bloat down form that cyp/d-bol combo.
 
thanks for the advice. Should I start high on the cals, and if i see some BF comming on roll them back a bit? Or just stick to it, and deal with any fat gains after cycle?

Yes,you can make adjustments like that,if you gain a little extra BF,that's okay.But if your waist measurement is going up by an inch a week,it's time to drop back on the carbs and fat.
