I am 37 years old, about 195 lbs, <10% bf. I ran a few cycles about 10 years ago, then because I was in a remote foreign country without access to a gym, I stopped exercising for a long while. About two years ago, I got back and started working out seriously again. I injured my back by overdoing it early on, but that is getting better.
I am now considering a cycle and would appreciate any advice. My goal is to put on some lean muscle and to stay healthy.
Some of my concerns are:

Some of my concerns are:
- I don't want to use any test or EQ. In the past, I had a lot of side effects from test, and my body didn't respond well to EQ.
- I got my best results from primo, so I'd like to use that again, unless people think its a bad idea to stick with the same drug or I would need to use very high doses.
- Overall, I'd like to keep to 400-500mgs in total a week.
