Day 18:

Up a total of nine pounds (lean mass), lost 1% bodyfat. Absolutely no bloating, even without using any anti-e's. Liquid-x usage will start friday regardless to eliminate any chances of gyno.

I am adding approx 500cals/wk to my diet. I am not sure why I am losing bodyfat and gaining muscle. I am quite surprised, nonetheless, happy. I have been eating most of my carbs (300-400 grams) before 6 o clock. Carbs after 6 include Milk, apples, yogert, etc. Protein is 60-70grams/meal, sometimes a little more =).

Diet has been clean as a mofo. All complex carbs exept post workout and morning. Very very happy with this cycle. I feel this is only the beginning....

I gained way too much fat on my last bulk cycle. I am not going to overboard on foods, and im keeping my intake clean.

Has anyone else experienced a loss in BF while on a bulk cycle? Could it be the EQ? I am also curious why im not bloating? Probly cause its hot as hell and I spend all day outside?

Water intake is easily 2-3 gallons/day, including my MRP mixes. Sodium intake is relatively low, although I am drinking enough water to flush most of the exess outta my system. After the dbol ends, im going to be shooting tren up 75mg/ed.

Ahhh, wish me luck...
