Hi, I came from the anasci board, i was told this is one of the best boards online. So i decided to join and make this my main board. im loving it so far.

Test Cypionate
1-10 500mg Weekly
Deca
1-8 250mg Weekly
Adex Throughout cycle .5 EOD

PCT:
Clomid
Hcg

Goals: Bulk,Vascularity..Bulk..Bulk..

I pinned last night may12.08 right glute..
when i pullde out the needle there was a bit of blood on it,
probably juts nicked a vein, a little blood came out, most likely
nicked a vein. Glute is soar..

I will be going to the gym very shortly..and will reply when i come back:)

What was your first cycle like and how long ago was it?
I'm looking at your workout routine. You don't do traps?
I would recommend you wait another year to start cycling, but this is already your second...

I don't train traps... Mine got big and handled the heavy weights very quickly. With everything else I do they still get hit a bit and they are still out of proportion.

If your traps are lagging then shrug away of course.

i do..do traps..there apart of shoulder training..

omega: will drop the deca at week 8..
what do you mean spill over?

my first cycle was..
..approx.. 1 year ago..

test cyp..250mg/weekly

I was just feeling out the test cyp..
gained 20lbs..lost 5 in pct..so overall 15lbs..

pct was..
clomid and hcg first 10days.

Sounds good. You should be good for your second cycle.

Todays workout was fairly intense, had a good pump just because of taking creatine, nutrabolics noz.. just taking it until i feel the pump of the test..around week 2-3.. i cant wait till i see some changes, kind of really excited.

Is it okay to do 15-30minutes cardio, dont want to lose any muscle mass.. ?
i usually do cardio.. before i hit the weights..around 10-30mins..mostly 15..
 
i do alot of core trainign as well..5x per week..shud i still continue or no?
