Not unless the Feds have probable cause that a crime is being committed via the encrypted e-mail host.
Even then, it's not definitive that the e-mail company will hand over your e-mail account transcripts, they have their own lawyers and such to fight the feds.
That said: Don't spill your guts over e-mail or PM anyway, use your head.
yea at this point I think they can see everything, but they'll never have the time to watch everyone all the time, or even some of the people all the time-better safe than sorry though-i guess, also you gotta like the way that when you send from a CR or EF account to a normal addy it comes with this jumbled ip like it coulda been from anywhere in the world, a normal hotmail has your ip on it..and when you send between encypted accounts there are no headers or any crap like that, just the message..
